Shipping & Return Policies

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO SAFETY RESTRICTIONS.

Due to the intimate nature of the products sold, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
However, if your merchandise has a significant defectout of the packaged box,
we may accept a return in these certain situations.

In-stock merchandise shipped using our Standard Delivery option typically ships within 1-3 business days while still being delivered within the quoted time frame from the day you place your order. If your order was placed prior to this date, your merchandise may be on backorder. Funds will be held for your entire order and billed as each item ships. You will be provided the carrier name and tracking number via email once your order ships. Orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, Lasership, OnTrac, DHL or FedEx; the carrier is determined upon shipping. Carriers for orders shipped outside the U.S. vary by country/location. In most cases, your order begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation Email, you can log in to your Victoria's Secret account to view your online Order History.

What are the shipping fees/transit times?

Secrecions charges a calculated at checkout shipping fee according to the third party shipping company rates.

Please Note: Orders placed after 1pm PST may not ship until the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, not including Holidays. If you place your order anytime after Friday at 1PM PST or over the weekend your items will not ship until the following Monday, which is the first business day.

Do the packages say Secrecions on them?

We understand your need for discretion. All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging with our company "S" logo, and the return label says Unmanned Brands, LLC.

Can I change my delivery address after my order ships?

Customer Care is unable to change delivery addresses once your order has shipped. If you need to change your delivery address, we recommend contacting the carrier or visiting their website for options. FedEx: Visit Fedex.com and go to the Tracking tab at the top of the page. From there, go to the Delivery Manager option and you can customize the delivery of the package (including the change of address). UPS: Visit UPS.com and sign up for UPS My Choice for options to change your delivery - carrier may charge a fee. OnTrac: Contact their customer service team by phone at 1-800-334-5000. If your order was shipped through a carrier not listed above, please contact the carrier directly for any available options.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. Funds will be held for your entire order and billed as each item is shipped. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. Please contact us using the Need More Help? link for any requests to change product/payment method or cancel your recently placed order. Based on the status of your order, we will make every effort to assist with your request.

NOTE: We are unable to make any changes to orders shipping outside of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am missing an item from my order. What do I do now?

If you are missing an item listed on your packing slip, please contact us using the Need More Help? link, so we can make it right.

Check your invoice to ensure the missing item is listed as some orders may be arriving in separate shipments. The item may also be on backorder and will ship separately once it becomes available.

Sales and VAT Taxes

We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling charges, where applicable, and pay it to the state to which we've shipped your merchandise. It's a State Tax regulation. City & Local taxes may also apply.

We offer several options to track your shipped order

In the App: Go to the Account section, then My Account to view your Order Status.

On our Website: Sign into your Secrecions account and select your order from your Order History. Also, you can use the order number listed on your Order Confirmation Email to locate order status and tracking information. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation Email, please contact us using the Need More Help? link.

Shipping Restrictions

Secrecions reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer.

FRAGRANCE RESTRICTIONS:

Due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all Beauty (Fragrance) products to all destinations. You'll receive a message during Checkout, if you've placed a restricted item in your Shopping Bag. We'll prompt you to remove it or change your Shipping Method or Shipping Address, if applicable. Certain Beauty products are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. U.S. Express Delivery is not available for certain fragrance products.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER QUANTITY LIMITS:

All orders shipping outside the U.S. are limited to 20 units per order. Due to international laws, the following countries/locations are limited to 5 units per order: Argentina and Indonesia.
